So we are little behind on posting our 52 weeks project. We have been been taking portraits each week, we just haven’t had the time to make the posts. Between the holidays, my birthday, all of the great projects we have had in the works and our mutual difficulties with cycling seasonal depression, it can all be daunting. Jade has done 52 week projects in the past and even a 365 project, but I have never been able to do a project a full year. I don’t know what it is. It’s not that I can’t keep up with it or that I lose interest. And it’s not because I can’t finish things I start. I just feel invested in too many things at once. Such is life. Endlessly Enraptured and this 52 weeks project has been the first projects like this that I have ever actually stayed committed to.  I won’t say I have had my moments of wavering doubt or difficulty staying motivated, and Jade has had to make sure that my priorities are straight more than once.

All in all it feels so incredibly good to know that I am sticking with something and have the desire to follow it through and make it a success. I thank Jade for believing in me and helping to be my motivator when I am going through hard times. Granted taking a portrait a week of each other doesn’t seem like it would be a difficult task to accomplish but when you have ALL of the rest of life coming at you, even the smallest of  things can seem exhausting and impossible. I’m excited for what the coming year will bring for Endlessly Enraptured and for our life together in general. We have talked a lot about how we want to develop our ideas and polish the way we do things and I think if we can follow through, we have a whole lot of crazy amazing stuff in store for us.

And now, a few links we were endlessly enraptured with last week…

Inspired by the work of the great Vivian Maier. Need to finally get this book for my collection.

Dreaming, yet again, of being the voice of a Disney Princess after seeing Frozen. Packing up and moving to Hollywood asap.

Can’t wait to make this caesar dressing again. SO GOOD.

Wouldn’t mind having a reason to wear this dress. *Sigh,* a girl can dream.

Dreaming of the new hardtop mini

Can’t wait to read your comments on our giveaway we have been working on…

Wouldn’t mind owning this delightful Goorin Bros hat to help me with the bitter cold of the oncoming winter!

Have I ever told you guys how much I admire you two… I love the love & support between the two of you! I think one of the reasons why I became so attached to Endlessly Enraptured is that fact that it’s written by husband & wife, and I love that. You two bring something new and exciting to the blogging world, I can’t wait to see what 2014 brings the two of you! 🙂

Latrina, you always make me feel so wonderful. Thank you for your kindness. I’ve been feeling very down lately when it comes to my art but it’s individuals such as yourself that makes me look at things in a more positive way. Thanks for believing in us. Cory keeps saying the same thing about 2014. I have hope that it absolutely could be the best year yet…

YOU MUST SEEN FROZEN. But dont expect typical Disney movie. Think Disney on broadway but in CG animation! Ha!
