Ah! 2013 is almost over. We’re finally caught up on our 52 Weeks project! We are both anticipating celebrating Christmas with our families around the Portland metro area and celebrating New Years alone together, as we always do. Who are you going to spend your Holidays with? There is just something about spending the first moments of the new year with my favorite person in the world that makes dreaming about all the wonderful things to come that much more special.

Featured in our portraits this week are our activewear shirts from our collaboration with Cory Vines. Jade is wearing an Essential Long Sleeve in Charcoal and I am wearing a Neighborhood Henley in Cardinal. Thank you Cory Vines for supplying us with these comfortable, breathable shirts that were perfect for our recent hike through Hoyt Arboretum.

And now a few links we are endlessly enraptured with this week…

Inspired by this app that has recommendations from the country’s best chefs of where to go and what to order.

Dreaming of Beth’s agnolotti. It’s not just Beth‘s recipes but her writing and storytelling that really get to me.

Can’t wait to get a new perfume.

Wouldn’t mind living in this stunning Brooklyn apartment. Definite wow factor.

Inspired by the incredibly versatile, weird, and hilarious Reggie Watts. I particularly like his way of examining cultural ideals and hip-hop stereotypes in this music video… Oh, and also the craziness that is Hideaki Kobayashi, a.k.a. “Sailor Suit Old Man.”

Dreaming, literally, of weird crap I’ve seen on this show… more like nightmares, not dreams.

Can’t wait get this Milton Quilted Overshirt form Bridge & Burn

Wouldn’t mind owning the Lafayette Bow Tie, made for a collaboration between Harding & Wilson and Marrow Mag.

Dewd. You need to put Slumberhouse on your perfume list. I have about eighty bajillion other scents I want to try out, but I just can’t get away from that guy…

Ooo!! I will definitely check it out. Any fragrance in particular? Jeke sounds INCREDIBLE. Bottles of perfume that I’ve had since I was a teenager are nearly gone so I’m looking to get attached to a few new fragrances.

ahhhhWUT. How did you make perfume from your teens last?! I’ve had this bottle of Slumberhouse since April and it’s almost ready for a refill.

I think I sniffed every single one of his scents a hundred times before finally shelling out for Sova — it’s the one that kept calling me back. I was never a real perfume girl before this, so it was hard shelling out 100+ on a bottle but GAH! It’s my most favorite scent in the world and I get complimented on it ALL the time.

Only bummer is it comes with glass beads in the bottle, which look nice but basically = LESS PERFUME. Bah! Must be his most popular one. 😉

Haha! I was constantly getting perfume as gifts growing up so I was able to rotate the fragrances and make them last. Need to get myself out this weekend and go smell that Sova…
