The first month of 2014 certainly wasn’t what I had anticipated. I’ve been struggling with some issues related to my UC. Lets just say I’m happy to say goodbye to January and am welcoming February with open arms. My birthday is on Monday so the mister and I will be celebrating this weekend. I’m looking forward to hearing Colin Meloy and Carson Ellis talk about their latest book, ‘Wildwood Imperium,’ dinner with my family at my favorite Japanese restaurant, ice cream at Salt & Straw (they have a ton of new chocolate flavors for this month),watching Groundhog Day and grocery shopping with my husband while everyone else is home watching the Superbowl.

Wishing you a lovely weekend. I’ll leave you now with a few individuals on Instagram I’m currently inspired by: Robin of Six Seven SixSanda of Little Upside Down Cake and Kelsey of Happyolks.
