Ready for the Weekend

Ready for the Weekend by Endlessly Enraptured

Summer is officially upon us, with temperatures reaching the mid 90s. By next Saturday, we are supposed to see temperatures rise to the 100s. So if you don’t see me around Portland, it’s because I’ve gone into a hibernation of sorts so I don’t melt from the sun.

Before we dive into this week’s links, I wanted to let you know that I’m giving away a piece of original artwork and weekend passes to Project Pabst music festival over on instagram. Go enter!

A unique, sheer summer lookbook from Hannah Metz.
Dreamy wallpaper making this renovated 300 year old Parisian maison that much more beautiful.
The mister and I are saving up for a new car so we can finally road trip to destinations like Big Sur.
An inspiring article on the making of a cookbook.
Photographer Sharon Core’s floral still-lifes perfectly embody old masters paintings.
I just couldn’t resist purchasing artist Leah Goren‘s lady and cat pins.
Currently reading ‘I am Having so Much Fun Here Without You‘ by Courtney Maum.

Ha! I’m also saving up for a car. One of the first things that I plan to do when I get my new car, is to drive up to the Fish River Canyon, Namibia from Cape Town, South Africa.

Oh man, hope you’re staying cool! 100s sounds insane. Love all your little notes! Can’t wait to see more of your paintings – they always make me smile and ooh and ahhh 🙂

The heat is the absolute WORST! I just don’t function well. I actually have an autoimmune condition that doesn’t react well when it comes to rising temperatures. I’ve been hiding at home in the air conditioning though, haha! AW! Thank you my dear. I’ve been having so much fun sharing my little creations…
